Due to a new partnership with Verizon and their 5G Home technology, we have seen rapid growth and are in immediate need of a lively and team-oriented Verizon Customer Support Representative to join our Customer Service and Sales Department. This is a front-facing position and is an integral part to the growth and expansion of our partnership with Verizon 5G.
Summary of the Verizon Customer Support Representative Position: The Verizon Customer Support Representative is the direct point of contact, or “front line,” to our consumer base. From providing accurate and timely answers to going step by step through the sales process, the Verizon Customer Support Representative needs to be energetic and organized to deliver an unforgettable experience that keeps our customers coming back!
