- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of building systems (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
- Perform minor repairs and renovations, such as fixing leaks, replacing fixtures, and painting.
- Monitor and address safety hazards and equipment malfunctions promptly.
- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and request replenishments as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to prioritize and complete maintenance requests.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Must be able to pass background screening*****
- Proven experience in general maintenance work.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment.
- Basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
