Role: Business Analyst
Location: Deerfield, IL (3 days/week onsite)
Required:
- 7 years of experience in project management, specifically within software development and IT projects.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale projects involving system analysis and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management and business analysis software tools, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, and other relevant tools.
- Experience working in a professional services environment.
- Experience working with offshore teams.
Desired:
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or equivalent certification.
- Experience with system performance analysis and optimization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Scrum master experience.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, including experience with scalable agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Disciplined Agile.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
