NASDAQ is Hiring a Marketing Senior Analyst - Nasdaq Listings Near New York, NY

Nasdaq is looking for a Senior Analyst with combined marketing and project managing experience to join our dynamic, global listings business. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our new listings and retention marketing strategies, and supporting cobranded visibility campaigns on behalf of Nasdaq-listed companies. The Senior Analyst will work with internal and external teams to ensure a seamless experience for new listings transitioning the public markets.
Role And Responsibilities
  • Executes with precision high-profile cobranded marketing and paid advertising campaigns on behalf of Nasdaq-listed companies across a range media partners, vendors and advertising offerings.
  • Works closely with Listings partners to support seamless execution of all cobranded marketing and visibility experiences on a company’s IPO Day and beyond.
  • Guides companies through cobranded advertising processes and provides key insights and recommendations on media planning, campaign best practices and tactics.
  • Collaborates with media buyers, internal stakeholders, and teams to develop project and event timelines and deliverables for clients.
  • Oversees production and workflow of simultaneous projects to ensure timely and quality execution and client and internal approvals.
  • Works in partnership with Listings Client Marketing Team to create case studies and decks for Listings sales teams.
  • Collaborates across the Brand Studio team to execute on co-branded custom content included in proposals.
  • Works closely with Onboarding Specialist and Nasdaq relationship managers to ensure a seamless client experience and transition from IPO to public company.
  • Works with Finance to track marketing and event budgets for co-branded client projects to ensure programs are executed within budget.
  • Supports Listings by hosting or co-hosting onsite visits that include Tower Shots, Conference Room Host, VIP Engagement, Bell Ceremonies, and Interviews.
You’ll Need to Have
  • Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience Required: 3 years of related full-time work experience.
  • Client-facing experience working with both internal and external stakeholders and vendors
  • Demonstrated experience managing a high volume of marketing or paid media campaigns
  • Knowledge and/or interest in Nasdaq and Capital Markets
  • A team player, who enjoys working with a wide range of team members and clients
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Familiarity with budget tracking and reporting
  • Superior organizational skills and detail-oriented
  • Deadline-driven with the ability to pivot and manage shifting priorities
  • Customer-first mindset
  • Maintains a proactive, enthusiastic and thoughtful approach to one’s work
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills project management experience is a plus

The base pay range for this role is $56,200 - $93,600. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
