Job Responsibilities:

Be the Communication Hub: Swiftly respond to emails, ensuring seamless and timely communication across our network.

Master HR Administration: Tackle diverse HR administrative tasks with precision and efficiency, always meeting deadlines.

Talent Acquisition Champion: Post job openings and conduct preliminary interviews, playing a pivotal role in building great teams.

Onboarding and Offboarding Maestro: Guide new hires through a smooth onboarding process and manage offboarding, ensuring a positive transition for all.

Employment Status Guru: Manage and process changes in employment status, keeping everything up to date for our clients' workforce.

Policy Innovator: Assist in creating and revising employee policies, contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Job Description Specialist: Keep job descriptions current and compelling, reflecting the evolving needs of our clients.

Handbook Hero: Collaborate on updating and enhancing client Employee Handbooks and other essential HR documents.

Details:

● Job Type: Part-Time (15-25 hours/week)

● Location: Mostly remote (some in-person work required)

● Pay Range: $20-$25/hour (negotiable depending on experience and qualifications)

● Working Hours: Monday-Friday

● Job Classification: 1099 Contractor
