Primary Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees of client organizations and manage offboarding procedures for departing staff.
• Process changes in employment status for current employees of client organizations.
• Assist in writing and revising employee policies.
• Update and refine job descriptions as needed.
• Complete work by specified deadlines with thorough attention to detail.
• Respond to emails daily to ensure timely communication.
• Other administrative responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Highly reliable.
• Responsive.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in common office software including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Two or more years' experience in HR preferred.
• Must own a reliable laptop.
• Must be available to work weekdays during daytime hours.
