Exhibitor Services Representative - Music City Center
Responsible for processing exhibitor orders, organizing and reconciling event order files and helping to ensure compliance with exhibit rules and regulations. This includes handling exhibitor inquiries and service needs prior to, during, and after each event. This position serves as the liaison between Music City Center, the exhibitors, and service contractors. When not working on the exhibit hall floor, this position will be stationed at the main reception desk for the administrative offices. This position is an in person role.
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent education/experience
• Experience in exhibitor services in Convention Center or Meeting Center preferred
• Cash handling, accounting, or bookkeeping experience preferred
• Computer skills with data entry and/or manipulation and ability to adapt to new computer systems/programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
