We are currently seeking an Order Entry Specialist to join our vital Order Entry department in Hicksville!
Responsibilities
- Day to day communication between team members and other departments (Sales, CS, Shipping Art) to identify, address, and resolve order issues and changes.
- Entering and checking orders in conjunction with our remote team abroad (AWS).
- Answer customer e-mails regarding order questions
- Other duties as needed to support the department.
- Must be highly detail oriented and accurate and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Should have overall good computer skills and be proficient in Office, Excel, and the ability to learn proprietary systems.
- Must have well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in an Order Entry or Data Entry role preferred; manufacturing experience a big plus.
- Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
