Job Description
Defense Personal Injury firm seeking NYS Bar admitted entry level associate attorney with experience in Labor Law and/or general liability defense, who is hard working and motivated to learn. If you have not passed the NYS Bar and are not admitted to practice in the State of New York, please do not apply.
Responsibilities include working on all aspects of personal injury litigation including court appearances for preliminary, compliance, status and pre-trial conferences; arguing discovery and dispositive motions; drafting/opposing discovery and dispositive motions; conducting/defending depositions.
You must submit a resume, cover letter and references.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Estimated range of $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year *** actual salary commensurate with experience.
Benefits: Paid time off.
Schedule: 8 hour shift.
Mineola, NY: Reliably commute in and around NYC (all boroughs), upstate New York and Long Island (Nassau/Suffolk).
License/Certification: NYS Bar Admission to Practice.
Work Location: In person, no remote.
