• Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand trade show objectives and requirements.
• Develop Event brief, timeline and logistics plan
• Coordinate booth logistics to include messaging, design, estimates, set up, and in booth engagement activities.
• Negotiate contracts with trade show organizers, vendors, and suppliers.
• Develop and manage budgets for trade show activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional strategies and materials.
• Coordinate pre-show marketing campaigns to drive attendance and engagement.
• Manage on-site activities, including booth staffing, presentations, and customer interactions.
• Collect and analyze post-show data to measure event success and ROI.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on post-show evaluations.

• 5 - 7 years corporate event and marketing experience to include pre/during/post event promotion planning and execution. Healthcare/bio pharma experience a plus
• Bachelors degree in marketing, hospitality, business administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross functional teams and leading effective meetings.
• Comfortable navigating through ambiguity while setting objectives and advancing deliverables.
