Job Description
We are actively searching for a Construction Superintendent Foreman to join our team.
Job Description:
· Ability to plan, coordinate, oversee work on Residential and Commercial construction projects ranging from thousands to several millions of dollars.
· Knowledge to read and interpret construction docs, such as MEPs, civil, as well as specifications.
· Maintain a high standard of quality control and document coordination.
· Encourage, monitor, and support a positive work environment, engage and remedy individuals not meeting these standards.
· Adjust manpower needs based on schedule milestones.
· Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and inspectors to ensure project schedules are being driven to completion.
· Electronically maintain daily logs, progressive project photo logs, submittals, project correspondence, etc.
· Work closely and communicate with the Project Manager to ensure project budgets and schedules are maintained properly.
· Requirements:
· Must possess positive leadership skills.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Project.
· OSHA 10 certified.
Education: Education in Construction Management/Supervision and/or a minimum of ten years of experience in a leadership position.
