Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Restoration Crew Chief to join our team in restoring residential and commercial properties after fire, water, or storm damage. As a Restoration Crew Chief, you will oversee a crew of restoration technicians, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule restoration projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.
• Inspect damaged properties and develop restoration plans.
• Oversee the implementation of restoration procedures, including water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and mold remediation.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurance representatives, and subcontractors.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and records.
• Train and mentor junior crew members.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in restoration services, with a focus on fire, water, and storm damage.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Extensive knowledge of restoration techniques and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• IICRC certifications (e.g., WRT, ASD) preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
