Restoration Content, Clean Up, and Packout Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Restoration Content, Clean Up, and Packout Manager to oversee and manage the efficient operation of restoration content, cleanup, and pack-out activities within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restoration services, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Duties:

• Lead and supervise a team of restoration technicians, cleaners, and packout specialists.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure team members perform their duties effectively and safely.
• Oversee the cleaning, restoration, and handling of contents damaged by fire, water, mold, or other disasters.
• Implement appropriate cleaning techniques and restoration methods to salvage contents whenever possible.
• Coordinate and manage the packing, inventorying, and transportation of contents to off-site facilities for cleaning and storage.
• Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of all items throughout the packout process.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding restoration content, cleanup, and packout services.
• Provide regular updates, address client concerns, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor the quality of work performed by the team and ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks to verify work completeness and customer readiness.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure all team members adhere to safety regulations and guidelines.
• Maintain compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to restoration services.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in restoration services, with a focus on content cleaning, cleanup operations, and pack-out management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of restoration techniques, equipment, and materials.
• Effective communication skills with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Restoration: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Hazardous Waste Operations & Emergency Response Training (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

Ability to Relocate:

• Crete, IL 60417: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
