The National Conference on Public Employee Retirement Systems (NCPERS) is seeking a motivated and talented Member Services Coordinator to join our growing team. NCPERS is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit association headquartered in Washington, DC that promotes the cause of public pensions for state and local government employees across the United States and Canada.
The Member Services Coordinator will manage activities related to the association’s membership and educational mission. This position will serve as point person on member communications, in addition to supporting educational events and office management. The successful candidate will receive the opportunity to master membership functions, communications skills and financial tracking, while helping to improve retirement security for the public workforce.
NCPERS offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits (including a pension). This is a hybrid position, with staff currently required to work two days per week at our office in downtown Washington, DC.

The salary range for this position is $51,000 - $56,000, based on experience and qualifications. This position is eligible to receive an annual bonus, based on individual and organizational performance.
