National Financial Alliance is Hiring a Business Relationship Manager Near Lakeway, TX

This role will support the Firm in servicing and advancing advisors and clients through the Premier Advisor Admin Program. The individual will gain proficiency in navigating various systems—from insurance carriers to securities custodians—and will be capable of discussing these programs with advisors enrolled in the Premier Advisor Admin Program and their clients, if necessary. They will establish internal relationships to facilitate program implementation and enhancement. Responsibilities will include servicing existing clients, providing reception services, fostering relationships, and promoting other firm programs.

The primary objective of this role is to ensure exceptional service to advisors and clients, comprehensive implementation of plans and programs, thorough client awareness of all firm offerings, and assist assigned advisors in managing their clientele effectively. Efficiency and accuracy in all tasks related to Firm clients and advisors will be key goals for this position.

This is an in-office position in Lakeway, Texas. 

Responsibilities

  • Supporting Premier Advisors as assigned (or other team members during absences)
  • Assisting in the daily operations of the Premier Advisor Admin Program
  • Client Communications and onboarding
  • Preparing for client meetings
  • Providing reception services
  • Entering client data and managing CRM information
  • Tracking various data points of the firm
  • Completing and submitting applications
  • Tracking submitted business
  • Monitoring and verifying pending transfers
  • Ensuring follow-through and tracking tasks to completion
  • Handling administrative duties such as performance reports and meeting summaries, scanning documents and account maintenance tasks.
  • Assisting with marketing events including our annual Kick-Off Conference and Mid-Year meeting

Qualifications

  • 2 years' of client relationship experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starting and motivated
  • Coachable and entrepreneurial
  • A drive for professional development and a passion for working with people
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Extremely detail-oriented with attention to accuracy
  • Ability to accept feedback
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • BA Required
  • Licenses are a plus: Series 66, 7, LIfe & Health, etc.
