The Customer Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for analytical, order management and process support on key optimization and continuous improvement initiatives for the Supply Chain organization. Ways you will make a difference To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Responsible to lead bracket pricing program, including making recommendations on bracket segmentations, analyzing trends and compliance.
Inventory allocation identification, implementation, and ongoing maintenance. Including communication and collaboration with other functions to ensure the process flows smoothly.
Customer order management including processing orders, communication with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure orders are shipped on time and in full.
Provide analytics and reporting for strategic customers to help with customer collaboration and efficient order management processes.
Analyze and determine root cause analysis for fine and fees to determine how process can be improved to avoid ongoing.
VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) promotional tracking including interaction with Account Managers to ensure events are ordered and pull out of customer warehouses on a timely basis
Help facilitate cross-functional communication throughout Supply Chain functions.
Identify, evaluate, and recommend improvements to Supply Chain business processes.
Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities Experiences that will support your success
1-4 years of experience in Supply Chain including Order Management, Logistics, Supply Planning
Understanding of business processing within Order Management, pricing, and inventory.
Minimum of Bachelor's degree, preferably in Supply Chain Related Majors or Business, Finance, Engineering
Detail Oriented and results driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with large sets of data and helping make data driven decisions.
Working knowledge of SAP ECC, S4 and/or SAP APO
High proficiency in MS Excel and Office Suite
Experience working cross functionally including sales, supply chain, pricing, quality, and other departments. CPG experience preferred.
