What you will do: Under general supervision, provides account management support to all channels, (i.e. Distributors, OEM's, ABCS's, ABSS's, IFC, JCI Branch offices, sales, and other customers), processes orders, researches and responds to customer inquiries, and addresses customer concerns/issues within designated timeframes. How you will do it:
Serve as primary communications link between customers' sales staff and other departments on inquiries, order related issues, product information, credits and other issues pertaining to customers' accounts via email, fax, or phone.
Cross referencing of air filters from other manufacturers. - Process change orders, credits, and product return authorizations.
Run customer order reports to proactively get orders shipped. - All other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities What it takes to be successful in this role:
High School Diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of (5) years of experience as a practicing safety and health professional in the manufacturing, petrochemical, or refinery industry (required).
2-year degree or certificate in process or occupational safety preferred.
Valid TWIC Card (required)
Valid Driver's License and reliable driving record (required)
Able to climb ladders/platforms to heights of 225 feet, in increments of up to 40 feet at one time.
Any fear of heights (acrophobia) should be identified.
Able to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects weighing up to 40 pounds.
Safety personnel are required to work in both environmental conditions, inside and outside.
Personnel may be subject to extreme cold (temperatures below 32 degrees Fahrenheit for periods of more than (1) hour) or to extreme heat (temperatures above 100 degrees Fahrenheit for periods of more than (1) hour).
Shall possess fundamental written and verbal communication skills.
Shall be fluent (written and verbal) in the English language.
Computer skills, especially familiarity with MS Office applications, are necessary.
