Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Work with the project manager on special projects and coordinate with the team.
  • Manage project documentation as required.
  • Work with project managers to develop project costs for customer quotations.
  • Work with project managers to update project schedules as required.
  • Conduct vendor audits for compliance.
  • Work with the teams on customer service issues.
  • Lead Root Cause Analysis investigations.
  • Analysis of customer service issues to provide guidance on helping to improve customer service.
  • Prepare reports on vendor audits and provide plans to help reduce vendor NCR's.
  • Prepare and present technical information to team members and management.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of government and industry codes and standards.
  • Perform other work relate tasks as assigned.
  • Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years of college preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of related work experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills using MS Office Suite.
  • Understanding of D365 and Omega preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
