Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- assisting with surveillance throughout the facility to promote infection prevention,
- ensuring adherence to infection control standards, policies, and procedures, and
- reviewing and monitoring reporting data regarding facility-acquired infections, treatments, and control measures.
- Must have South Carolina RN or LPN
- Must have superior communication skills & be an effective leader
- Must be flexible, caring, compassionate, and a team player
- Prior experience in Infection Control preferred
- Prior experience in LTC/ SNF preferred
