As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking an eager to learn Human Resources Assistant with a strong administrative background to join our HR Department.
As a Human Resources Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team in various administrative tasks. We prefer for a candidate to have worked in an HR Department and understands HR terminology and confidentiality. The ideal candidate is eager to learn about HR technologies, compliance and best practices and enjoys working in an environment where flexibility, communication and positivity are a must.

Other important qualifications:

• 2 years of experience working in an HR Department or a recent graduate with an HR degree
• Some understanding of some HR functional areas and a familiarity with HR terminology.
• A valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Nice to haves:

• Experience providing support across multiple states.
• Experience providing support across multiple sites.
• In pursuit of or has attained a PHR or SHRM-CP Certification.
