National Indoor RV Centers | NIRVC is Hiring a General Manager Near Nashville, TN

NIRVC is hiring a results-oriented, operations focused General Manager to lead our Nashville location.

As a General Manager (GM), you will grow revenue, develop business strategy, and lead a cross-functional team within one of NIRVC’s key markets. Our GM’s maintain strong business relationships with internal and external customers to build engagement around NIRVC, coach and develop team members to continually improve performance, anticipate market conditions and provide an impeccable level of customer service to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Displays executive level business acumen and communication skills
  • Responsible for P&L and overall leadership of location
  • Meets budget for service hours, sales units/F&I gross margin and storage occupancy; work closely with Sales Leadership to meet sales goals
  • Promotes and delivers an impeccable customer experience, customer relationship management
  • Develops, leads, and motivates location employees; promotes a positive culture
  • Partners with cross functional teams
  • Maintains knowledge of systems and processes related to Sales, Storage and Service.
  • Ensures adherence to workplace safety guidelines
  • Leads by learning of the business, and understanding the elements that promote, prosper, and challenge the business or industry
  • Other duties as assigned or requested

Qualifications:

  • 10 years of relevant experience building and retaining teams, managing operations in excess of $100 million in sales
  • 5 years of experience managing a P&L with proven ability to analyze KPI’s and drive performance improvement
  • Hands on leader interested and experienced in developing team members; servant leader
  • Demonstrated success providing an impeccable customer experience and customer relationship management
  • Proven ability to establish credibility and communicate effectively with cross-functional partners
  • Ability to synthesize information to drive decision making and see the big picture while effectively managing details
  • High degree of professional credibility, including responsiveness, business focus, integrity, ethical standards, acumen, and ability to prioritize across competing demands
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate challenges and opportunities concisely and clearly
  • Valid Drivers License
