Your assignment

The Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing pricing data, recommending pricing strategies, and provide additional operational support while helping maximize profitability and market competitiveness.

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
  • Gather and analyze pricing and costing data from internal and external sources to evaluate current pricing strategies and build new models.
  • Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Develop and maintain databases, tools, and systems to support analysis and decision-making processes.
  • Provide actionable insights to sales leadership based on data analysis.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to streamline and optimize sales processes, eliminating bottlenecks, and finding improvements.
  • Assist in the development of sales forecasts and budgets based on historical data and market trends.
  • Monitor actual performance against forecasts and analyze variances, providing input for future resource allocation and sales planning.

Requirements include:

  • Align with our purpose, 8 character traits, and cornerstones.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of sales operations analytics experience preferred.
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data.
  • Proficiency in using analytical tools and CRM systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a collaborative approach.
  • Extraordinary attention to detail, while still working under deadlines.
  • High level of passion, collaboration and dedication to your area of expertise.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and self-directing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
