Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our plumbing & heating warehouse and store. The General Manager will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of plumbing & heating and safety.

Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
- Oversee store / warehouse and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximize profitability
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase revenue
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the plumbing & heating industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive shopping experience
- Knowledge of plumbing & heating techniques and code regulations
- Proficient in shift management, including managing labor costs and optimizing productivity
- Familiarity with POS systems and software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
