Compensation – $21-$25/hour. Paid weekly.

Duties:

• Complete daily records of work performed.
• Install and repair pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems.
• Work with office staff to ensure a high degree of accuracy regarding billing.
• Explain needs to customers and get approval for any repairs needed.
• Perform all duties with a customer and safety-first mindset.
• Manage customer care issues and complaints.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High degree of mechanical aptitude and strong knowledge of swimming pool operation systems.
• Strong knowledge of pool chemistry and equipment with the ability to ability to troubleshoot repairs.
• Knowledge of pool plumbing, electrical wiring for pool/spa heaters, and heat/cool pumps.
• Minimum 1 years’ experience as a pool repair technician.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• 3 years of verifiable driving history.
