• Anticipated Pay Range: $1670.63 - $1929.38
• Anticipated Duration of Assignment: 13 Weeks
• Anticipated Schedule: 5x8 Days

Qualifications for the OT - Hospital:

• One or more year(s) of experience as a OT
• Licensed to practice as a OT with active license(s) in the state(s) in which employed and practices.
• Active CPR Certification
