NationMind LLC is expanding its recruitment team and is seeking experienced Technical Recruiters, Non-IT Recruiters, and Healthcare Recruiters to join our dynamic team in Noida Extension. Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Client Coordination: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide suitable candidates for open positions.
• Job Postings: Create and manage job postings on various platforms to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and timely information.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
• Recruitment Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant employment laws and regulations.

Required Qualifications:

Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment, with specific experience in Technical, Non-IT, or Healthcare recruitment.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of staffing and recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Attributes:

• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong collaboration skills.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a recruitment agency or consulting firm.
• Knowledge of the specific industry verticals (IT, Non-IT, Healthcare).
