Responsibilities

  • Lead team of directors responsible for all child abuse and family violence programs including: advocacy, education, prevention, treatment and research.
  • Manage operations including: financial management of over a $14 million dollar budget, facilities, building safety and security, personnel, capital improvements, policies and procedures, resource assessment and allocation.
  • Conduct personnel oversight of the Clinical Director, Director of Program Operations, Director of Research & Evaluation, and Grants Administrator to include hiring and selection, onboarding, performance reviews, training, individual goal setting, ongoing feedback/coaching, disciplinary actions and terminations.
  • Collaborate with medical, clinical, and partner leadership to implement and evaluate strategic plan and goals.
  • Manage partner council and contracts for multiple entities including co-located TCFSH partners, including but not limited to: CHOICES for Victims of Domestic Violence, Columbus Division of Police Special Victims Bureau, Franklin County Children Services, Franklin County Prosecutor's Office, Nationwide Children's Behavioral Health Services, and Nationwide Children's Division of Child and Family Advocacy.
  • Manage projects and communications with internal departments including: legal, marketing, planning, business process improvement services, fundraising, information services, human resources, finance, engineering, and security.
  • Develop and implement activities to enhance staff and partner wellness and satisfaction for over 100 staff and partners.
  • Develop educational programs for all relevant staff and partners including orientation, in-services, seminars, and community education.
  • Maintains an environment of safety for clients, self and others, and supports patient safety initiatives.

Qualifications

Education Requirement:

  • Master's Degree in hospital administration, business or public administration, nursing, public health or related field, or equivalent education and experience, required.

Skills:

  • Analytical ability needed for devising effective policies and procedures, competency criteria and planning organizational changes.
  • Interpersonal skills needed for counseling subordinate supervisors and resolving complex employee and multisystem problems.

Experience:

  • Seven years of progressive experience including opportunities to demonstrate application of sound administration and leadership principles and practices, required.
  • Previous leadership experience in a complex setting, required.
  • Previous experience in human services, required.
