Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Associate to join our team, reporting directly to our Director of Marketing. This role is ideal for someone passionate about marketing, with a keen eye for design and a knack for staying ahead of market trends. The Marketing Associate will play a pivotal role in executing marketing campaigns, creating compelling visual content, and contributing innovative ideas to our marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies.
• Stay informed about market trends, consumer preferences, and competitors' activities to help shape marketing strategies.
• Create engaging visual content for digital and print platforms using tools such as Canva and Adobe Suite.
• Assist in the production of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, advertisements, and social media content.
• Manage and update the company's website and social media profiles with fresh content and relevant updates.
• Support the organization and coordination of marketing events, including trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Conduct research and analyze data to identify target audiences and evaluate marketing campaigns' effectiveness.
• Monitor and report on marketing activities and performance metrics to the Director of Marketing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1-3 years) in marketing or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong creative and analytical skills with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and digital media.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in creating and managing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email marketing).
• Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Enthusiasm for learning and implementing new technologies and marketing techniques.
