Job description

We are seeking a Janitorial Cleaning Account Manager / Operations Manager for several retail stores in Cleveland, OH Location. This individual will report to the Regional Manager and is directly responsible for the overall operations, performance and profitability of the account.

• Duties include development and recruitment of the Operations Team.
• This position provides oversight, guidance, and management of the daily operations of the account and clients.
• This position maintains labor and supply budgets, quality standards and positive customer, corporate and employee relations.
• This position ensures compliance with all property regulations, company guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Salary Offered: $55,000 up to $75,000 (Based on experience)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Including but not limited to

• Directs, implements, and carries out corporate and regional initiatives and is the main liaison between region, corporate and account management, and personnel.
• Maintains financial responsibility and accountability for all labor and supply budgets, purchasing and inventory of supplies and maintenance of the equipment fleet.
• Establishes operational goals to ensure profitability of accounts, services, budgets, and compliance.
• Maintains and develops customer service through meetings, tours, written communication, and timely response to customer requests.
• Financial acumen to oversee and maintain budget controls and staff forecasting.
• Hires, trains, motivates, and directs staff on corporate goals, policy and procedures, customer relations, and account objectives.
• Communicates changes in account contracts, budgets, and status with other managers.
• Oversees the Shift Supervisors and cleaners and assigns daily priorities and projects.

Prepares and distributes weekly operational reports.

• Ensures an atmosphere of employee engagement and development, compliance, and respect, in line with Companies values.Minimum Qualifications Required:
• required (FLOOR CARE)
• Five years minimum management, budget, and customer service experience.
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
• Bi-lingual in English / Spanish preferred
• Supervisory and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office products, strong PC skills and technology acumen.
• Confidentiality and discretion in customer dealings.
• This position requires valid driver's license in good standing, and ability to pass an extensive background check.
