You will be responsible for helping customers with order-related inquiries via phone, chat, and email support systems all from the comforts of your home.

What You’ll Do:
  • Deliver a best-in-class customer service experience.
  • Identify and seize opportunities to cross sell and upsell animal-based nutritional products.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve order and product related issues and concerns.
  • Ability to maintain focus while working in a remote environment.
  • Build strong customer relationships to proactively promote products and sales.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and introduce recommended product solutions.
  • Adhere to all company guidelines and policies.
Qualifications:
  • All offers of employment at NativePath are contingent upon a clear background check.
  • 3 or more years of high-volume call center experience.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a clear, confident speaking voice.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with customers, with a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to handle multiple customer interactions and internal requests simultaneously.
  • Exhibit exceptional organizational skills.
  • High proficiency with computers and software applications.

Technology: We are a bring your own device company. All employees supply their own:
  • Computer - PC or MAC with a minimum of 16GB RAM.
  • Broadband internet – minimum 100 mbps.
  • Wired headset with microphone (noise cancelling a plus).
Work Schedule:
  • 40 hours per week (day shift).
  • Call Center hours of operation are 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
