As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be the friendly face of our brand, spreading the word about our products and helping people make positive changes in their lives. To be a great fit, we're looking for:
  • At least 3 years of experience in outbound B2C sales. You’re great at selling directly to customers and have a proven track record of closing deals with warm leads
  • Outstanding communication skills and a clear, confident voice (some might even say you’re charming)
  • A positive, professional attitude, with the ability to build rapport quickly, because no matter what you’re selling, you really want to help people lead better lives
  • Top notch organizational skills and computer proficiency—you’re a tech savvy pro, who loves Google Suite and embraces new tools and apps
  • On that note, we are a bring-your-own-device company, so a fast reliable computer, headset and internet connection are a must.
In this role, you'll:
  • Always be warm, empathetic and friendly, providing excellent customer service
  • Follow our sales scripts (we promise they’re not boring) and compliance policies while still letting your personality shine
  • Show off your product knowledge during sales calls, because we all know educated sellers close deals (and don’t worry, you'll be a NativePath expert in no time!)
  • Listen actively and build strong relationships, growing brand loyalty and proactively promote NativePath, while cross-selling and upselling to customers
  • Stay focused while working remotely, even with those tempting distractions
