Natoli Engineering is Hiring a Customer Service Lead Near Saint Charles, MO
Job description
The Lead will supervise the day-to-day activities of the Department Customer Service Representatives as well as support the department staff and customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Train, coach, discipline and review employees in the Domestic Customer Service Department as well as the Receptionist
- Develop new hire and ongoing training for Representatives, working with HR and Training Department
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and sharing the information with team members
- Improves customer service quality by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes to streamline department functions
- Answer customers’ inquiries via e-mail and phone, assist Customer Service Representatives as necessary to meet customer needs
- Communicate effectively with customers, sales representatives and distributors.
- Communicate effectively with production manager and communicate updates on any orders’ change.
- Manage multiple projects in a cross team environment
- Process claims for customers
- Recommend products, services, and provide technical support to customers.
- Recommend potential products and services to management by collecting customers’ information and analyzing customers’ needs

Qualifications and requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Technical aptitude is a plus
- Experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, sales representatives and distributors while maintaining a positive attitude
- Detail oriented and well organized
Experience
- 2 years’ experience in a similar role
physical requirements
- Must have the ability to sit at a desk using a computer for 8 or more hours per day; stand, kneel, walk and bend as required throughout the work day to accomplish various tasks
- Must be able to lift, pull, push or carry various light weight files or tools (approximately 1-10 pounds) and process accordingly.
