Full Time Dental/Denture Office Manager-

We're searching for a compassionate and empathetic person who shows high motivation and understands that it is the role of a manager to ensure treatment compliance, patient satisfaction and the overall culture of the dental office. Must have a great attitude and impeccable people skills. Must be able to think through problems and find solutions.

This is for a full-time salary position (M-F).

Our entire team is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and providing an exceptional patient experience. We provide services ranging from removable prosthetics, like dentures and partials, to oral surgeries with IV sedation, implants, extractions and more.

The Office Manager plays a critical role in efficiently managing administrative tasks to ensure the most organized and professional dental service is being provided. In this role, you will lead by example and motivate the office team by exemplifying our company's vision, mission, values and culture. The ideal candidate will be a leader, proficient in office management who can effectively manage day-to-day operations in the dental office.

The Office Manager ensures fundamental systems and protocols are in place within the dental office, allowing the providers to focus on dentistry/denturism. The Manager will also maintain the office budget to achieve profitability, assist in dental team development, build positive relationships with all team members, manage schedules to meet daily goals and assume a leadership role in motivating office team members and proactively seeking ways to improve the practice.

Our next team member must be positive in nature, a great communicator and have the skill set to work independently as well as in a team environment. In order to be successful in this position, you must have strong multi-tasking skills, and be able to prioritize and delegate tasks.

Our Salem location is a Specialty Practice with over a 40-year foundation and reputation of superb patient care and quality product.

Requirements include, but not limited to:

2 Years Management Experience (at least 1 year Dental/Denture Office Management)
Strong Leadership
Well Organized and Good Communicator
Superb Patient Care, Positive and Team Orientated
Able to multi-task
Multiple years of dental experience a plus
Proficient in Word/Excel
1 year Dental Insurance Billing
