Position Summary: The Human Resource Sr. Manager serves as a trusted and collaborative advisor, providing a proactive, practical and valued HR perspective in partnership with company management, and as the strategic partner in support of attracting, motivating and retaining top talent. The Sr. Manager possesses strong skills in building relationships, diagnosing issues, advising, influencing and guiding all levels of management on the HR implications of business decisions related to aspects of people-management and leadership. The Sr. Manager will utilize experience and analytics in order to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiencies of current HR programs and processes, as well as advise upon and implement necessary changes of the entire employee lifecycle.
