Natural Retreats is hiring a full-time Guest Services Coordinator to join our Sun Valley, ID team! The Guest Services Coordinator be responsible for concierge home inspections and guest and owner-related service duties.
The Guest Services Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to manage the office needs, keep track of guests’ arrivals and departures, cater to specific guests / owners’ needs and offer private concierge services when needed.

5% company match Short and Long Term Disability Insurance (100% company paid) Basic Life Insurance Policy of $50,000 (100% company paid) Supplemental Life Insurance (Employee, Spouse, Child) Cell phone $200 Annual Wellness Benefit ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : Answer all incoming office and concierge phone calls promptly and professional and dispatch messages as needed Complete all pre-arrival calls, Textline communication, and notes for all incoming guests and owners as needed Responsible for detailed knowledge of property inventory, location, amenities, appointments, and operation of all items at homes Assist in office administrative duties including but not limited to answering phones, receiving shipments, lost and found documentation and return follow-up, working with vendors, calendar updates, in home template updates, monthly inventory for accounting, etc.
Attain expert knowledge of the Sun Valley area and provide guests with any requested information Perform pre-arrival welcome calls and meet and greet with guests as needed Inspect homes to ensure each check-in is up to the amazing quality and standards of Natural Retreats Maintain professional, positive relationships with guests, homeowners, third-party vendors, onsite staff, etc.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite POSITION TYPE / EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK This is a full-time position. Due to the nature of the job, the Team Member should be flexible with his / her hours.
Weekends and holidays will generally be busy with guest arrivals and departures and are considered working days. We encourage all of our Team Members to take two (2) days off per week where possible, knowing that guests can arrive at unpredictable times.
The Team Member should always be available in case of an emergency, which includes evenings and on-call hours. Generally, this may mean working some inconsistent hours.
Typical works hours will be 10 AM to 6 PM on weekdays and 9 AM to 5 PM on weekends but may vary with occupancy levels. Flexibility is required with reasonable notice from the General Manager.
Exact daily schedules may vary from season to season and differ from in-season to off-season. Vacation is generally taken outside of peak season.
