**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated Pest Control Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting and treating various types of pests in residential and commercial settings. **Responsibilities:** - Conduct inspections to identify pest problems and determine appropriate treatment plans - Apply pesticides to structures according to schedule and safety procedures - Use hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery as needed for pest control operations - Perform lawn care treatments as part of pest control services - Drive to different locations to provide pest control services - Communicate with customers about pest issues and treatment options - Utilize sales skills to upsell additional services or products - Maintain accurate records of treatments performed **Qualifications:** - Previous experience in pest control or related field is preferred but not required - Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices is a plus - Ability to operate power tools, hand tools, and farm machinery safely and effectively - Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and team members - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Ability to work independently and as part of a team This position offers competitive pay and opportunities for career growth.
