Inside Sales Account Manager for Amazon ProgramReports to: Company President
Nature’s Farmacy in Jasper GA is looking for an experienced on site Inside Sales Account Manager to oversee and support our growing Amazon sales. You will monitor sales metrics and manage the entire Amazon sales administration process. You will collaborate with team associates and managers to grow and monitor Amazon sales. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills. Ultimately, you will be responsible to grow Amazon sales through marketing strategies to improve visibility, including posting of videos and product information, and management of Key Performance Metrics including OTD, and excellent customer service.

Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 Annual

Responsibilities
- Manage the Amazon account
- Set and track sales targets and performance metrics
- Develop a deep understanding of products sold
- Manage product visibility
- Coordinate marketing projects including videos and content
- Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
- Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
- Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products
- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
- Build an open-communication environment with team associates
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales
- Manage Logistics to assure OTD
- Proven work experience as an Inside Sales Manager for Amazon
- Proven work experience managing marketing strategies to grow Amazon Sales
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
- In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
- Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
- Resolution of customer complaints
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- BS/AS/Certification in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field
- Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Video Creation, Amazon Vender Process, CRM
- Salary Range: $40,000-$50,000
