Close collaboration between the operations functions and Quality, Sales, Marketing, and R&D to deliver a better customer experience and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.Lead development and embracement of new technologies that have the ability to help us live our purpose as a much larger company. Organization Required skills and qualifications.Bachelor’s degree (Engineering) and master’s degree.10 years or more years of experience in executive leadership roles as COO or VP of ManufacturingManufacturing experience in CPG food or Agricultural Companies is a must (at least 10 years) , having experience in Industrial companies is desirable.Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrityAble to build high performing teamsUnderstanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issuesSolid grasp of data analysis and performance metricsAbility to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues.International business experience (US and LATAM, preferably Mexico)Bilingual (English /Spanish) Specific KnowledgeFood Manufacturing production, specific knowledge on produce industry is a plusLean ManufacturingFinancial knowledge (Budget, P&L, etc)Manufacturing best practicesEngineering Processes, Maintenance & QualityFood Safety Other:This position can be based in Guadalajara or Queretaro.Travel: Able to travel 40% of the time
