Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our Client in Winslow, AZ. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in our healthcare team, providing comprehensive medical care under the supervision of our physicians. This position involves assessing patient health, diagnosing conditions, formulating treatment plans, and monitoring outcomes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a deep commitment to patient care, possess strong clinical skills, and have the ability to adapt to the evolving needs of our community.

Duties:

• Perform detailed patient evaluations, diagnose illnesses, develop treatment plans, and manage patient care outcomes.
• Prescribe medications and treatments in compliance with medical guidelines and state laws.
• Conduct minor surgical procedures and provide assistance in major surgical operations.
• Offer education and counseling to patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and lifestyle adjustments.
• Maintain meticulous patient records, ensuring all practices comply with privacy and healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
• Engage in continuous education to remain current with medical research and best practices in patient care.
• Support the facility’s objectives for quality assurance and contribute to the overall mission of providing outstanding healthcare services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from four year college or university. Successful completion of an approved nurse practitioner program.
• Valid Family Nurse Practitioner License in AZ, with Current Arizona RN license and Current Nurse Practitioner license.
• Minimum of three years of professional nursing experience in a clinic setting plus two years of nurse practitioner experience preferred.
• Demonstrated excellence in clinical skills, with a solid foundation in evidence-based practices.
• Outstanding communication abilities and the skill to effectively engage with patients, families, and team members.
• A commitment to professional development and adherence to the highest standards of ethical practice.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
