**Position Description**
You will serve as a Human Resource Specialist (Information Systems) in the Human Capital Management Group within the Business Intelligence and Data Analyitcs Dept. of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.
**Position Duties/Responsibilities**
- You will provide workforce data to ensure value-added decision-making capabilities and assists managers to define total force management and workforce shaping objectives, strategies, programs, and plans.
- You will participate in process development, data collection, analysis, forecasting and presentation of workforce data, and participates in the subsequent customer satisfaction evaluation process.
- You will assist in designing briefs, worksheets, documents, and forms to be used to gather, transmit or present data.
- You will conduct studies related to current and future information/data requirements as related to organizational mission plans and operations and recommends solutions for providing the data via automated processes.
- You will perform analysis of NAWCAD, NAVAIR, PEO and team-wide workforce data in a variety of HR program areas
