This role is with Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR). WayUp is partnering with Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) to hire top talent.
**Position Description**
You will serve as the Capital Investment Program Manager in the Facility and Infrastructure Management Department of FLTREADCEN EAST.
**Position Duties/Responsibilities**
  • You will analyze and maintain a comprehensive, outcome-based product support strategy for each production operations program/capability.
  • You will direct capability studies and continuous process improvement events as a portion of the Capital Investment Program strategy.
  • You will perform Capital Investment Program assessments as directed for agency programs and capabilities.
  • You will participate as a key member on Platform Capability Boards (PCB) relating to new depot capability establishments.
  • You will act as the integrator for multiple projects that fall under an overarching program and negotiate with resource managers for personnel to accomplish tasks in support of the agency.
