Navantia Australia is Hiring a Performance Analyst Near Sydney, FL

The Role:

It's never been a more exciting time to be joining Navantia Australia, one of Australia's leading companies in the Maritime and Defence industry.

Due to Navantia Australia’s ongoing success, we have an exciting opportunity for a Performance Measurement Coordinator to join the team out of its Garden Island, Sydney office. Operating under the Designer Support Contractor (DSC) contract, the Performance Measurement Coordinator is responsible for the development and management of the DSC Performance Measurement Program. The Performance Measurement Program assesses the effectiveness of the DSC contract performance against established strategic measure criteria.

As the Program Administrator your responsibilities include:

  • Develop, deliver and manage the Performance Measurement Plan.
  • Collect, analyse and report on Performance Measurement Data.
  • Support DSC teams to achieve assigned Performance Measures.
  • Monitor and report each team’s progress towards the development and the updating of their Performance Measures.
  • Provide Performance Measure reporting to the Contract Status Report (CSR).
  • Identify risks associated with the achievement of contract Performance Measures
  • Suggest improvements to the current business processes to achieve Performance Measures

As the ideal candidate, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualification, preferably in Engineering, Project Management, Commerce or Business Administration
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business management, with emphasis on the performance reporting.
  • Experience from a position within an organisation involved with large Commonwealth sustainment or through life support projects. (Desirable)
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent project management acumen and skills.
  • Very strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously using initiative, sound reasoning, listening and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and build positive relationships at all levels of the business, clients and Enterprise Partners.
  • Australian Citizenship.
