Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Immigration Lawyer located in Salt Lake City, UT with flexibility for some remote work. The role includes providing legal consultation and support to clients seeking immigration assistance, researching and analyzing statutes, regulations, and case law, preparing and filing legal documents, and representing clients at immigration hearings.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Jurisprudence or equivalent degree
• Licensed to practice law in UT.
• Strong knowledge of immigration law including family-based immigration, waivers, removal defense, and asylum
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong public speaking and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• Fluency in Spanish Desired.
