What You Will Do :
Guidehouse has an exciting opportunity in our Defense and Security Segment to support the Department of the Air Force's core financial accounting and entitlement system . The task lead will be responsible for leading efforts at the Air F orce Accounting Operations Center (A F AOC). Support includes leading teams to include the overall management and coordination of all support within the AFAOC to include providing technical direction to the government.
The Individual will regularly interact with senior government officials, staff, and will be engaged in a diverse set of program-specific tasks related to the Department's financial accounting and entitlement system. The individual should possess experience with a variety of program management responsibilities, technical proficiency, and a willingness to be flexible in supporting numerous work products and deliverables.
What You Will Need :

• An ACTIVE and CURRENT SECRET federal security clearance
• Bachelor's Degree -OR- FOUR (4) years of relevant experience
• TEN (10) or more years of experience in leading and providing technical direction to complex engagements within the DoD or Federal Government
• E xpertise in Air F orce f inancial management policies, processes, and procedures speci fically in using the Defense Enterprise Accounting and Management System ( DEAMS) application
• Ability to work independently
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong time-management and prioritization skills
• Ability to communicate applicable technical subject matter expertise to management and others

What Would Be Nice To Have :

• Working knowledge of DoD and Air Force financial management and systems, processes and procedures
• Working knowledge o f DoD legacy f inancial management systems and processes
• Knowledge o f F ederal and De f ense f inancial audit processes
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Ability to travel (up to 25%)
