Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Customer Care Specialist at Navigate Health & Wellness in Tampa, FL. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for educating new clients on different services, assisting with various treatments, providing patient care, and ensuring the smooth operation of therapy sessions. You will also be responsible for maintaining proper communication with patients and the healthcare team, proper documentation using an electronic health records system, scribing client treatments and communicating with doctors and team with all client profiles.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills
• Experience or knowledge in therapy
• Ability to provide exceptional patient care
• Effective communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Basic computer skills
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is recommended
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual not required but preferred

Monday: 10:00am - 1:00 pm, 3:00 - 6:00pm

Tuesday hours (12:00 pm Team Meeting, 1:00 pm Training) 3:00 - 6:00 pm

Wednesday 8:00am - 11:00 am and Training

Thursday 10:00am - 12:00pm, 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Friday: By appt Only and Training

Saturday and Sunday: CLOSED
