Herndon VA – HQNavitas Business Consulting is seeking a Technical Corporate Recruiter to support the entire recruitment process from identifying staffing needs to salary negotiations and final successful hires. This professional that would work on-site in our HQ office to support corporate Recruiting efforts in our Federal and civilian practice. We are seeking a candidate with 3-5 years of experience with both Government and Commercial experience.

The Responsibilities
- This role would report to the Recruiting Manager(s) and Account Manager(s)
- Must have 3-5 years of Technical Recruiting experience
- Must be on-site in our Herndon Office (VA Offices)
- Must understand Urgency and Corporate recruiting for large Federal and commercial programs.
- Manage sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for our accounts throughout each hiring cycle.
- Determine the scope and nature of our accounts’ recruitment needs and their candidate expectations to ensure we can reliably identify, source, and hire the right candidates for the role.
- Ability to multitask and collaborate with others in a fast-paced work environment.
- Superior time and task management abilities
- Expert communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and collaborate with others in a fast-paced work environment
- The candidate will be a highly organized, fast paced professional with a keen insight into recruiting and candidate experience management.
- Focus on Candidate experience and understanding of how to maintain an established brand.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Administration, HR, or another relevant field
