Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Regulatory Project Manager to join our team in Baltimore. The candidate will play a pivotal role in managing regulatory projects, ensuring compliance, and fostering collaboration across various departments. This position requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Project planning, estimation, and requirement analysis for regulatory initiatives.
• Manage regulatory projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Stakeholder management and relationship building across multiple departments and external partners.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently, prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Extensive experience in issue and risk management, proactively identifying and mitigating project risks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex regulatory requirements clearly.
• People management skills, including team leadership and mentorship.
• Navigate and coordinate with various groups within the organization to achieve project goals.
• Build partnerships with Technology and Business teams, influencing decision-making processes.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience leading scrums and conducting agile ceremonies.
• Hands-on expertise with JIRA and agile project management tools.
• Collaborate closely with business teams to define requirements and user stories.
• Experience in the Financial Services domain is preferred.
• Release management and product management experience would be advantageous.
