Position: Information Technology Analyst
Location: New York, NY
Duration: 2 Months

• Shift : 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (includes a 60-minute break)
• Department : Desktop Support - East - 809125
• Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

• Maintain and support operating systems and applications.
• Work independently in a high-tech, professional environment to manage and oversee sophisticated and specialty technology.
• Provide technical support for hardware and software, including Windows 10 (W10), Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), tablets, phones, printers, and label printers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktop support and end-user devices.
• Ensure systems are running efficiently and securely.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless support and service delivery.
• Document and track issues and resolutions using appropriate tools and processes.
• Assist with the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software.

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting, specifically with Windows 10, VDI, tablets, phones, printers, and label printers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a desktop support or similar IT role is preferred.
