Job Details:

• Shift Details: Full-time (40 hr/week) weekdays with four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday. A regular day off will be determined closer to the start date based on business needs. A schedule of five 8-hour shifts may be considered as an alternate option if necessary. Approximate working hours are from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, though start and stop times might vary by 15 minutes either way.
• Daily Caseload: 16-18 patient visits
• Experience Required: Minimum of 1 year of experience

• Weekend Requirement: None
• Certifications Required: BLS required
• On-call Requirement: No
• Float Requirement: The traveler may be asked to float to other Allina Health clinics within a 20-mile radius as needed

• RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days
• Guaranteed Hours: Client may cancel up to 3 shifts at any time for any assigned Aya Candidate without any penalty or obligation to pay Aya for such canceled time. On-call hours do not count towards the guaranteed minimum hours.
• Special Requirements: Experience with a clinic setting, primary care/internal medicine, pediatrics (high priority), family care, adults, geriatrics. Tasks include rooming, vaccines, well-child checks, in-basket, RightFax, scheduling, nurse-only visits, etc. Familiarity and proficiency with Epic EMR required. CMA or RMA preferred.
