Location: Multiple Cities of Choice in NJ, NY or TX
Duration: 3 Months Contracts with extensions up to 2 years

Days Per Week: 4.00
Weekly Blended: $2600 to $3100
Certifications & Licenses: BLS - AHA & RN Compact License for location

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

• Some Hospice Experience - Required
• Valid Driver's License - Required
• BLS MUST be AHA and included in submission - Required
• Covid Vaccine - Required

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
